Ovulation after miscarriage?

Hi ladies, I had my assisted miscarriage about 5 weeks ago, my HCG levels returned to 0 about a week ago. I’ve been testing with my opk for about 2.5 have not had a positive yet... in fact they have been pretty negative. 
Any idea if I already missed my ovulation? Or if I won’t have one before my next cycle? 
Just having a tough time lately and getting negative opk tests everyday is only making me feel worse.

Our bodies all respond differently after a miscarriage.  For me, I ovulated 2 weeks after it hit 0.  Once 0, it’s like the start of the cycle re period.  It’s also common for it to be a bit late, as your hormones are still out of whack.  It does settle (unless you fall pregnant of course!).
Do you temp?  That may be a more affordable way to monitor for signs of ovulation and then use opks.

I ovulated I think a little bit before my levels were completely 0 or like immediately after my hcg was 0. I had gotten pregnant that cycle because I ovulated before I even had a chance to realize and prevent since I was trying to wait. So you could’ve already ovulated!
