Marriage counseling?

Question

My husband and I are at that last ditch effort part of our marriage and I feel we need to start counseling. We have a 2 year old so that makes it even more confusing.  We are not wealthy in any way and can’t afford it on our own. We do both have insurance but I know most places won’t take insurance. We live in Brooklyn , Ny. 
If anyone has any advice or recommendations that would be great!

Hi! Another comment mention this too. There is a 12 week program which called supporting healthy relationships program run by Montefiore-UBA. It is based on Gottman and Sue johnson methods, they are both scientifically proven high effective to improve relationship quality- years of couple research. This program is run under a clinical trial supported by NIH - so it is highly legit and I believe it has been run for 10+ years now. you can attend with your partner and you also get incentives for attending up-to 300$ that you can use for childcare. Btw you need to have a child to attend it anyways. It is run at both Motherhood center in Manhattan and UBA at Bronx. It is an excellent program and plus free. Definitely recommend. Just google SHR montefiore for more infor.

The motherhood center Is having this free 12 week class, I think they're developing a new program, that's why it's free.
