OPK always negative (One TMI pic)

Does anyone else always get negative OPKs? I’ve gotten one positive ever. Yet I have fairly normal cycles so I know I’m ovulating and doubt PCOS is the issue.

I’ve been told at various apts I’ve got cysts and cervical ectropian. Every time I enter a neg it moves my chart fwd but I feel like that’s inaccurate.

Attached are the bbt chart, tests and the spotting I had today (i think too soon to be implantation or period) so I’m frustrated lol it’s been a year and we’re starting the treatments.
