CD 45... and counting

I need some advice, cause I’m so confused!

I’m cd 45 today. I usually have 30 day cycles. I'm never late. This cycle I’m just so thrown off. Got my peak opk on May 12. Went on augmentin May 23 for a sinus infection. I’m also on levothyroxine to lower my thyroid levels. Which were high but normal. I’m supposed to start letrozole next cycle, but that’s on hold because AF decided to play hide and seek.

I took a test a little over a week ago and it was negative. I had some spotting last week, but nothing like a period. I'm getting blood work and an antral follicle count, along with a blood pregnancy test tomorrow. I've also been super nauseous for like the past week or two, but have not actually thrown up. Just the thought of food makes me want to gag. And the occasional cramp/backache. Other than that no other symptoms. I'll take any advice anyone has as to what's going on with my body
