Pregnant at new job?

Hey ladies, I am 18yrs old and I have PCOS and endometriosis so having children is a slim chance for me. Because of this my partner of almost 5 years and I (he’s 21) have started having unprotected sex in order to one day fall pregnant and be over the moon no matter when it happens. Now I’m extremely worried not to fall pregnant but I start a new full time job this week and we’ve been having unprotected sex. I’m worried that if this month is my month, I’m going to be discriminated against and I’m worried to let people down. This is a big thing for me but so is having a child. I need advice :(
