What’s happening???

So I was very sure I was pregnant last month. I had every symptom in the book, so I went to the doc. They did a urine test, and it was negative. The nurse didn’t do a blood test because she said it’d turn out the same. They said I had appendicitis but it was mild. They removed it anyway. I had a very light period for about 5 days. It was kinda heavier for maybe like a day but not what it normally is like. I had bad bloating but it’s been over three weeks and I’m still huge. I also had several positive ovulation tests that were registering really late. As in like less than a week before my next due period. I’ve also gained 10 lbs, and I’ve never weighed this much. I’ve certainly never gained weight this fast. What’s wrong???
