Sick or pregnant?

period was 3 weeks late and short sat-Monday but it was regular flow now i feel dizzy nauseous and a sharp pain lower left abdomen and bloated with some diarrhea (TMI) a lot of discharge and constant headaches I just haven’t tested and don’t FEEL the need to since I got my period sort of but all these symptoms are weird ESPECIALLY after my period cause I don’t usually get symptoms like this afterwards usually before ... should I test? Or what can it be?
