Spotting/Bleeding

Any women experience off and bleeding during pregnancy? I’m 13 weeks. And the bleeding as went from pink spotting some days to bloody mucus only when I wipe. It’ll go away a few days and come back. Last time I went to my last appointment, baby was fine. I have another week before I go the doctor. I just want to know if it’s common?
