Which middle name? Read reasoning

I have loved the name Emerson for about 5 years, me and SO have planned names for our kids for quite some time. I wasn’t sure I was going to use it still because of how popular it has become, but I can’t help but love the name anyway.

Now, I’ve always wanted to name my daughter Emerson Renée because that is my moms middle name and I thought it would be a sweet tribute. She’s alive and well, but she is a huge part of my life.

But, now I am really loving Emerson Sage together... I feel like that middle name flows so much better with the “outdoor” theme I’ve been going with for names... but I’m sad to let go of Renee. I’ve grown attached, but feel Sage would be better. Idk, it’s hard to choose :(
