It’s safe to use but it contains pseudoephedrine which has a potential decrease your milk supply.

I’ve gone through quite a lot of colds while breastfeeding..it’s the worst! I was told only to take Tylenol, & cough drops if needed. I mainly just had to wait for the cold to pass on it’s own. Having lots of soup & liquids throughout the day helps a bit. Hope you feel better soon!
