Advice...

I'm currently 10 weeks today. I had my first appointment with ob. They could not find heart beat so we did ultrasound she took many pictures then did vaginal ultrasound took more pictures.. by this time I'm getting super nervous. She goes and get the dr and they tell me I lost the baby around 6 weeks by the size is how they could tell when..

My question for you ladies are..

Has this happened to anyone before? I never had any cramping, no bleeding, or pain..to me it seems weird that would continue to carry this long with out any symptoms..

I've been told yes this could happen..

The dr did give me 3 options..I could wait and let the miscarriage happen naturally..take medication to help start the process or do the dnc but since I'm not very far along she said it would be like having a heavy period..

I've decided to do the medication route.. I'm just confused on how I did not have any symptoms to cause this..

And the big thing is I have been so nauseous everyday even today.. which is hard to explain. I even asked her but she had no answer for me.

Any advice?
