Need advice on b12 and iron pills while pregnant
Im 29 weeks in 2 days on Thursday, and my doctor said I have low iron and b12 wanted to know which iron and b12 medicene is safe to take while pregnant? I got from walmart 2 days ago viafusion b12 gummies and 65 mg iron pills spring valley kind. Wanted to know if its safe? Wont see my doctor till a week.
