I’m crying ... Someone help

Update: I’m almost 100% sure I’m having a miscarriage. I woke up to sharp pains and blood down my inner thigh and when I wiped there was a clump of clotted blood and then a little circle of tissue... thanks for the positive words and kindness

I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant I had bleeding in week 4 and my dr prescribed me progesterone I have been taking it faithfully. I’m now bleeding again and this time it’s a little more then last time I’m going to call my dr today as soon as the clinic opens. Or should I go to the ER... I’m mildly cramping just as normal ... am I having a miscarriage....
