What can I take for a cough during pregnancy? I'm not having any drainage or anything I just have a god awful cough.. Ive never needed cough medicine while pregnant so I don't know what's safe for pregnancy. I tried cough drops but they aren't helping. And I'm coughing hard enough I've now peed my pants (thanks for killing my bladder kids) and it's causing me to have a headache.
