The morning after pills and contraceptive pill

On March 23 I took a morning after pill, my boyfriend didn’t cum inside me but it was just incase some went in so I thought it would be the safest idea to take one. Afterwards in April I didn’t get my period but I got bleeding and brown discharge. However, I got my period in may. I done 3 pregnancy tests before getting my period and one after getting my period and they all came back negative. So 4 tests in total.

I started the contraceptive pill on 20th may. Ive took it for 3 weeks and I’m on my week off, it’s been 3 days and today ivejust got some brown discharge. Can someone tell me if all of this is normal? I’m afraid I might be pregnant and it isn’t showing up on tests but I have no symptoms of pregnancy. Has the morning after pill messed my cycle up?
