when are you going to feed your baby solids?

we know food before one is just for fun, but out of curiosity when are you going to give your baby some solids to mix it up? my doctor told me 4 months would be okay. but i might wait until 5 or 6. comment your opinion if one of the choices are your answer!

Waiting until your kids are a year old to eat solids is the reason half of the kids nowadays don't know how to use utensils and have zero table manners.

4 months like I did with my first. She self weaned and was eating all solid food and water by 11 months old. Happy and healthy as ever. Never was a problem for us. I have already let my March baby try tiny pieces of orange and she loved it 🤷

My daughters pediatrician said to start my daughter on 1-2 tbsp of cereal mixed with some of her formula and feed her with a spoon twice a day starting between 3-4 months.

I’m gonna wait till 6 months and skip purées and do baby led weaning! Well hoping to do it lol we will see!

With my daughter, we started cereals at 4 months. moved up to baby foods. by 7 months she was eating mashed table foods, she always did super well! now shes 7. perfectly healthy! not picky! so well see this time around, what his pedi says at the 4 month check up.

If he’s anything m like his sister about 5/6 months   That’s when my first seemed to never be satisfied with just milk and a little food helped her be full
