Dental help

Hi,

My baby its 19 months old. She is still breastfeeding. In the last 3 months her front teeth broke/chipped😰 and it seems like they keep chipping every day . Last time her front tooth broke as she bite on the syringe while I was giving her vitamins. She was born with one tooth and when she was 2 weeks old the 2 tooth break through.

She still has those teeths. I was giving her vitamins from the time she was 3 months old. We brush her teeths twice a day. Any ideas what I could do different to stop her teeth breaking ?
