C- Section Question- I am 1 month PP and experience pain on just one side of scar. Has anyone else experienced this on just one side?

Yep. I remember I had it on the left side. I had my baby over a year ago so it's been long gone and healed, but that pain was there on just that one side for quite a bit.

Yes. I’ve had three and every time I have pain on one aide or the other. However, watch and make sure nothing is split, bulging, swollen, or anything like that. Do you have a follow up soon? We had ours at 6 weeks. I was told it’s completely normal as long as none of the above have occurred.

It could be the location of the knot of your internal stitches. Mine was on the left, which surprised my midwife since most have it on the right. Just depends on how the surgeon closed up. It still bothers me from time to time (1 year postpartum).

I feel like the odd ball everyone always says they have pain with their c section scar but I don’t and I was healed 100% on the outside by 3w pp. 
I’m now 11w pp
