Lightening black box dye?

So I'm going somewhere professionally on the 26th.

First off: what color do you consider my hair on the color scale? Black or darkest brown?

Second off: for those of you with experience with hair, how light do you think it could go being that it was actually a temporary hair dye that was SUPPOSED to wash out after 6 weeks. Instead it's been damn near TEN EFFING MONTHS 😭😭😭

I would love to eventually work towards my hair being dark blonde but idk if its right for my skin tone.
