First time using cloth diapers.... tips please

I have 6 alva baby all in one's with 12 microfiber inserts

And

20 Gerber all in one's with 70 of the 3ply 100%cotton inserts (super thin)

How do I avoid the pee from reaching the sewed in insert? My newborn has soaked 4 diapers in one night... trying to avoid running out of diapers while others dry....

My diapers each have

1 micro in the pocket of diaper

1 micro ontop of the sewed insert

2 cotton on top of that micro

Also I have 1 alva stained on the gusset and 1 micro and 2 cotton inserts from poop... how do I get it out?
