Anyone rented a portable ultrasound machine?!

Question

So as the title says I'm just wondering if anyone had used one of these? I was thinking of renting one in a couple weeks to find out babys gender myself, even if I dont it's still worth the 3 day rental getting to see baby whenever I want and for the same price as 1 private ultrasound!
Was hoping for some reviews before I go ahead and order one though so if anyone has rented one before how was it?

I don’t know if you can as a private individual but I wouldn’t as you need special training to use them safety and effectively. If you require a scan, your hospital will offer you one otherwise a scan is unnecessary x

I don’t really understand the need to do a DIY ultrasound. Just go to the doctor where they have had years of training/experience and know what they are doing

The amount of ultrasounds you get to do on a rented machine is limited though. Plus the quality is okayish to say the least.
