Have you tried a pregnancy belt? I’ve had the WORST rib pain and back pain.i just got a belt a couple of days ago and it helps so much. I was in 24/7 pain and now I can actually go out without crying from pain ! When I sleep I take Tylenol pm just one and sometimes it’s a hit or miss but that’s the most I take just because I don’t want to take that much medicine either.
