When did you guys take out your belly button ring? My stomach hasn’t really “popped” yet but I want to be sure. My sister never took hers out for her first pregnancy and her belly button stretched so bad and it looks awful. 14 weeks tomorrow! 😃

At my anatomy scan at 20 weeks the tech kept hitting it and it was perfectly in the way of the babys privates, so I took it out intending in putting it back in when I got home and never did. Shortly after my belly popped and I got huge..quick, so I needed to come out anyways :)

I took mine out about 4 months and it still stretched to hell

I left mine in all the way with no problem (I wasn't very big) but friends have bought pregnancy bars I think they're flexible

They make longer plastic belly rings so that you can keep something to make sure it doesn’t heal up

I take out any piercings as they start to feel uncomfortable.  The only ones that closed were my nipples but I took them out shortly after finding out I was pregnant and they had only been pierced a few months.  Belly button was pierced for about 10 months when I took it out my first pregnancy and it went back in no problem at 2 weeks post partum.

Just took mine out at 4 months it was inevitable pretty much and my belly button still looks like crap even though I took it out early. One big stretch mark over my piercing hole
