Growth chart off?

Long story short I saw the consultant last week who requested a second growth scan to compare to the first. The consultant has made a comment in my notes to the sonographer that if the growth was tailing or static I need to be referred back to the consultant to bring induction forward.

I’ve had the second growth scan today and she has plotted my growth on my chart but said even though it didn’t follow a line it was fine and sent me on my way? I’ve attached a picture (ignore the private scan at the bottom) but to me that looks like it’s dropped. I don’t see my consultant now before the sonographer hasn’t referred me back. I don’t know if I’m comfortable leaving it??
