Outside summer activities to do with 5/6 month old?

My son loves going outside for walks/parks or water related stuff. Is there any fun ideas he might be interested in?

I take my infant bath outside sometimes instead of buying a separate pool. Works great. If baby is starting to sit up you can put him in a baby swing at the park. Try supporting him with blankets or towels since the swing will be too big. I would also take my baby outside in his bouncer and read to him.
