Caffeine
I've been trying to keep cool on caffeine. I haven't had any in 3ish weeks and today I had not 1, but 2 Crystal Light packets with a total of 120mg of caffeine! Safe to say that is the reason my baby is, quite literally, bouncing off the walls right now. 😂💜
