A little TMI, but does anyone go through this too?

I know this is something that I should talk to my doctor about and I have, but I never seem to get the answers I’m looking for. Maybe I’m not seeing the right doctor and maybe need to see a specialist, I try to google these symptoms but I still never seem to understand this. It doesn’t happen every time I poop, but sometimes I get contractions-like pain when I poop. I say that because what happens is when I go to push, I get a sharp pain in my abdominal that will last no longer than 30-40 seconds. As soon as the poop starts to come out (I know very tmi) the pain goes away & I get a nice relief. Until I have another bowel movement. The pain comes again for another 30 seconds, then when it comes out it goes away. This will happen about 5-10 times. Once I’m done, a little bit of pee comes out and that is how I know that I’m done and don’t need to poop anymore. It sounds crazy but when I pee it’s like a big relief for me because I know the pain is over. The pain is very severe, I wouldn’t say as bad as contractions are but it’s very close to it. When I was pregnant (just had a baby 2 months ago) this never happened. But before I got pregnant this happened all the time. It’s starting to happen again. I guess I’m not asking for anyone to tell me what’s wrong but if anyone else goes through this too. I try to explain it to my SO & I’ve tried explaining it to my mom but they both don’t understand because it doesn’t happen to them. Doctors just say they’re bowel movements, which they are but why does it hurt so bad and act as if they’re contractions??? 😭
