No labor signs

I'm 37w pregnant. This is my first baby. I have no signs labor is near. Baby is head down but hasn't dropped. I have only felt one contraction but I'm not sure that it was even a contraction. If I'm having braxton hicks I definitely don't feel those. I haven't had lightning crotch and don't have pressure... yet.

I have NST appointments twice a week for gestational diabetes and haven't had any contractions while being monitored. I trust my body will be ready when it's ready but it's hard waiting around for something to happen.

Is anyone not having any labor symptoms? I feel alone in this.
