Is my wife still not over her ex?

Yesterday , my wife found some screenshots of her and her ex. They were fighting. It really hurt her to see them, which I can understand. But ever since she can’t get over them. And it’s caused her to be super emotional and just very sensitive. We even had a fight today and we don’t fight often. She’s just been acting different ever since she saw them. She’s completely shut down and there’s nothing I can do to help her. Does this mean she’s not over her? How can I help her? I feel like these shouldn’t be hitting her this hard especially since they’ve been broken up for almost two years. And we’ve been together for a year. It just makes me feel some type of way.
