You just need to make sure you take a break every hour to hour and a half and take baby out of the car seat. Oxygen levels begin to drop after that point in the car seat

Just make sure you take baby out of the car seat often (no more than two hours).  Sitting in the car seat can block off some of their oxygen (even if they appear fine).  So you don’t want to let them be in that position for too long.
