Do you think your body prepares for baby’s sleep schedule?


I’m 39w+2d, up late on this app for the upteenth time because the closer to my due date I have only been able to sleep in 2-3 hours increments no matter how tired I am. I wake up fully alert and am up for a few hours before I fall asleep only to wake up and see it’s only been 2 hours 🤦🏽‍♀️

Do you think the body prepares for sleeping changes for the baby? Is this normal? I just wanna sleep 😭😫
