Is this ok for a spouse to do?

My husband when we argue he WAS saying divorce I asked him to stop he said I won’t say that anymore

Now?

It’s I cant do this with you anymore

Or

You’re pushing me to the edge of leaving you

Now I ask him a question boom instant anger we argue than I hear those words.

He claims he loves me and we are soul mates

Than I question our relationship and he says well I’m here aren’t I? If I didn’t wanna be here I wouldn’t be.

I served him divorce papers he didn’t sign he doesn’t want one I only did as I thought he did

This has been new ongoing for 6 months

We argue maybe 1-2 times a week

Does not last long less than an hour about whatever

So is it justifiable in an argument to tell your spouse those words of leaving them?

We are in marriage counseling too
