If anyone may know

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and we go to school 12 hours away and I came home for break. (I feel like he may have cheated.) I don’t have any symptoms but I took an HIV test 11 days after sex and it came back negative... did I wait long enough should I go back and test again?
