Went in last week due to spotting and had internal us done. Measured 5w6d and had sac and fetal pole. No heartbeat detected. Going in tomorrow for another scan. Dr said it could be too early for heartbeat and I'm trying to be hopeful but it's hard. Feel like it's not going to work out. Anyone have similar experience and had heartbeat detected at later scan? Spotting has been off and on since and only when wiping. It's also brown and she did say it was not active bleeding when she checked. Thank you
