Possibly pregnant or 1st period? Or ovulation?
4 months pp and we are ttc (no judgment) not had a first period yet, two days ago I had a negative test, last night I had a dream I was pregnant and today I've had creamy cm with light blood in it....
Possibly ovulation or implantation or period? Last sex was last Wednesday so nearly a week 🤔
