Cramping?

The first time i got pregnant i had no idea but i ended up having a miscarriage very early. Since i didn’t know i completely missed all the signs. We have been trying since it all happened in January with still no luck but we keep trying. I’ve been feeling some cramping like period cramps but my period isn’t due for over a week. I know everyone is different BUT i was just wondering what it feels like when girls have felt implantation
