Help..

So my period is four days away and always comes like clock work. The problem is I had sex with a condom and I made sure that hr pulled out before he came. I'm not on birth control yet (my appointment is on Friday) do you think there's a chance I'm pregnant? I haven't felt any of my normal pms symptoms and I'm really starting to freak out. How do you guys calm down and relax about sex. I get so much anxiety over this.
