Laparoscopy got worse.

So I had my first Laparoscopy at the age of 20 to diagnose more into my pcos and to see the risk of endometriosis. Well, i have seven cysts ranging from 2mm to 7mm. None were removed but i had a polyp on my right side removed. My left fallopian tube was not open and my left ovary was attached to my pelvic wall and had to be released. After my surgery the doctor never saw me but scheduled a follow up appointment 2 weeks from now... he never explained why my left side was like that. Anyone in a similar situation and knows any answers?
