TMI PIC mucous plug
Had 37 week appt today and cervix check. Am 1cm dilated and 70% effaced. This came out a few hours later. Called my midwife. Told me to keep an eye on bleeding but it might be part of mucous plug and bloody show. Exam might’ve knocked it loose. Going to relax for now and see what happens!
