I thought nausea and vomiting we’re improving. I was having good moments even days. But I got slammed w it again yesterday and today. Why the reoccurrence? With my Singleton pregnancies, things really felt better at 12 weeks. I’m worried w this whole twin thing I might not have such a smooth transition??
