I just found out my boyfriend had HPV from his ex apparently (who has gotten a cyst and also has a kid by now) and he knows because he got a wart thing on his penis but took meds to treat it and now it is gone. this happened a few years back and we have had uprotected sex but he has never told me just now about it. I am worried because i don’t know much about the virus but i assume i got it too... should i leave him for not telling me until now? I am confused. Last year setember i got tested and nothing came out -i was all clean. I had unprotected sed with him in august so i don’t know if this HPv has a time lag but i am just overall worried. He said that according to him there’s low chance i got anything and i also have not had any cyst or wart or anything in my pubic area.. can you tell me about this and give me some advice on what to do?
