Can’t orgasm anymore...?

I’m suddenly having a very hard time orgasming either during sex or from masturbation.   Ive been very sexually active for the past couple years and have usually been able to orgasm frequently, but I feel like I’ve somehow killed the nerves to be able to orgasm easily.   I have an excellent partner who definitely knows how to get me off, but it seems like nothing works now.  Help!!

Try taking a break from sex/masturbation for a while. Like starve yourself for stimulation and avoid/discontinue any erotica/porn etc for a time. Then try again. For some people it only takes a few days, some people a little bit longer. You're probably just a bit desensitized to the stimulation. Also if you take a break, when you start again, start everything really slow and teasingly and maybe even edge/deny yourself to try to heighten sensations. You could also look up products on your favorite toy site- many adult toy companies carry products like jellies or creams that are infused with stuff that will make your clit more sensitive and receptive to very little stimulation. I have tried one before, just clit sensitizer jell, it came in a tiny lipgloss size container and lasted over a year because to use it you only needed a single drop at a time and you'd be gushing all day. Products like that will often use either  peppermint extract to make that very sensitive skin cool or pepper extract to make it extra warm. Your body isn't used to the suddenly new sensation of peppermint or pepper oil on such a tiny sensitive bud of nerves that it revs up the intensity of anything you do. It's not my favorite thing but it was fun to try a couple times.

Depending on what you're willing to try, sometimes using things like trying clamps- nipple clamps or clit/labia clamps help rev up your sensitivity to stimulation again too.
