Cold feet!!

So me and my sons father are back together after two years. We were only together for about 3 months when I got pregnant with our son. Things didn’t go so great we broke up when I was about a month pregnant and decided to coparent. After two years we decided to try our luck again. So it’s been about two months now us being back together and we been doing really well we decided to be celibate together. He wants to marry me but I don’t feel like I’m ready. I see a future with him. But I’m just not ready. I’m petrified. He is a few years older than me. He’s expressed that waiting isn’t something he’s willing to do if it’s more than a year. Not sure if I’m being set up to be trapped or if I’m just looking at this all wrong. I need Help 😩😩
