Progesterone suppositories and cramps/spotting?

After having a MC in January, am finally pregnant with my rainbow baby❤️

My doctor put me on progesterone suppositories every night, and is monitoring my hcg over the next 48 hrs to make sure it’s rising.

I did the suppository last night and woke up early this morning with light cramping. When I used the bathroom there was a small amount of (pink) spotting on the toilet paper when I wiped. I was warned I may get brown/rust color discharge from the color of the pill, but this was definitely pink.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Nurse told me not to worry too much. I haven’t had any more spotting since (about 4hrs ago)
