Miscarriage 4 weeks (TMI)

I’m pretty sure I’m having a miscarriage. We only found out a week ago I was pregnant & my doctor told us we were likely about 3-4 weeks pregnant. But after taking the test I continued to have cramps which my doctor told me it was normal. Than a few days ago I started to have brown discharge and again I called and was told it was normal and from implantation. But I just felt like it wasn’t and just had a sense so I just continued to watch every time I went to the bathroom. Sadly this morning I went to the bathroom and there was red period like blood so I called my doctors again and told them what was happening so they had me do blood work (haven’t got the results yet) and I’ll do two more days of blood work to test my levels. But the blood keeps coming and the cramping keeps getting worse.
