nervous about going to the spa :(

i have an appointment tomorrow for a facial at the spa which i was excited about but now i’m anxious. i have moderate acne and acne scars and i’ve never let anybody see my skin without foundation before

logically i know that they’re professionals and have seen acne and scars before and that getting help is the goal of getting a skin treatment but i can’t stop being anxious thinking about what they might say or think :(

is it considered normal to go to get a facial when you have acne or should i wait until my skin clears up?
