Trying not to give up

Ever since my PCOS diagnosis after already trying for a year, I’m starting to get doubtful. I’m starting to wonder if this will ever happen. Starting to wonder if it’s all my fault. Starting to doubt it ever happening. I’ve wanted to be a mom for as long as I can remember, I don’t understand why my body doesn’t want to work right.

Anyone have any natural tips to getting pregnant with PCOS?

I’m currently taking Femara (Letrozol) CD 3-7 but haven’t had luck yet.
