Advice about neighbors!

I live in a 4 plex and my next door neighbors are driving me crazy! They are absent parents and have a few kids living there and the youngest one (maybe 10-12) comes to our house everyday asking for things. It's either food, beverages, household essentials, laundry soap or my phone. It's everyday at least or multiple times a day. At first I felt really bad for her and when she came over I just gave her whatever she needed.. but it's been months and I'm just being run down with it. I dont know what to do. I don't want to be rude or hurt any feelings but we are working really hard to raise our family as it is and with me being due soon I just can't imagine her waking up the baby every day with the relentless visits. I don't know if I should tell her parents or my landlord or what.. It's so uncomfortable to talk about... What would you guys do??
