Fertility stone bracelets

My landlord (lady) asked me today while helping her with some yard work if my hubby and I were still trying and if we had been using any fertility accessories to help the process.. I told her no and she told me about these stone bracelets and said that her sister bought one and started wearing it and ending up expecting within 3 weeks.. so I've been looking and reading reviews but I want to know if any of you ladies have heard of them or tried them yourself and I'd they really work??
