Please help!!!

For women that have had miscarriages and gotten pregnant again almost right after, did you have bleeding before you found out you were pregnant again. Like days before? I miscarried last month early in the month. Everything passed and my levels went back down to 2. I just took a test knowing it would be negative and to my surprise it was positive, so I took another and it was also positive. But I was bleeding 2 days ago. Has this happened to anyone else??
